As HRBP you will join a multidisciplinary team who work on a day to day basis with the HR COEs to develop and implement policies and actions to support the business.

What you'll do

Be in charge of the planning, design and evaluation of HR related initiatives that support the immediate and future organisational strategic goals.
Responsible for developing, human capital management policies within a multicultural and dynamic environment.
Building strong relationships with key business stake holders, through fully understand their key business performance issues, objectives and drivers and associated people requirements for business challenges.
Working closely with the other HR Business Partners and HR COEs
The role includes specific functions within HR department: to attract, recruit and select talent (Direct Search); develop best HR practices; learning & development solutions, including HR Policies; retention approaches; performance management; personnel administration coordination, amongst others.
Participate in local and group HR projects.
