As HRBP you will join a multidisciplinary team who work on a day to day basis with the HR COEs to develop and implement policies and actions to support the business.

• Be in charge of the planning, design and evaluation of HR related initiatives that support the immediate and future organisational strategic goals.
• Responsible for developing, human capital management policies within a multicultural and dynamic environment.
• Building strong relationships with key business stake holders, through fully understand their key business performance issues, objectives and drivers and associated people requirements for business challenges.
• Working closely with the other HR Business Partners and HR COEs
• The role includes specific functions within HR department: to attract, recruit and select talent (Direct Search); develop best HR practices; learning & development solutions, including HR Policies; retention approaches; performance management; personnel administration coordination, amongst others.
• Participate in local and group HR projects.

• Degree in Business Psychology, Labour Relations and Human Resources or related studies.
• 7-10 years working experience in HR
• 1-2 years as HRBP
• Previous experience in recruitment
• Fluency in English: C1 level
