PLM Specialist Junior

As a PLM Specialist Junior, you will contribute to the development, support, and evolution of the company's PLM platform, collaborating with different business areas and participating in digital transformation projects with international scope.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Participate in global projects for the design, implementation, and evolution of the PLM solution, collaborating with multicultural teams from different areas and countries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers in the implementation of improvements and new functionalities.
• Provide functional and technical support to PLM platform users.
• Analyze incidents, collaborate on their resolution, and perform follow-up until closure.
• Analyze and document new functional requirements.
• Collaborate in the development and parameterization of new platform functionalities.
• Prepare and execute functional tests for new versions and evolutions.
• Prepare and maintain the functional and technical documentation of the system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the processes and tools within the Product Lifecycle Management area.

This is a position with a strong learning component, in which you will acquire a comprehensive view of formulation processes, specification management, and product development in the chemical industry, while specializing in a technological solution that is strategic for the business.

If you have just finished your studies or have initial experience in product development, laboratories, Regulatory, or related technological solutions, this is an excellent opportunity to specialize in PLM systems and develop your career in an international environment, where technology has a direct impact on the business.

• Degree or Engineering in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science and Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related degrees.

We will also value profiles that combine technical training with an interest in information systems and digital transformation.

• Knowledge of technological processes and solutions for laboratory management, product life cycle, or formula development.
• Knowledge of standards, regulations, and technological solutions applicable to the Fragrance, Cosmetics, Food, and related sectors.
• Knowledge of MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Miro, Canva, …)
• Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Trello, Asana, …)
• Familiarity with documentation and knowledge management tools (SharePoint, Confluence, or similar).
• Knowledge of PLM solutions, especially Siemens Opcenter RD&L, will be a plus
• Intermediate level of English.
