Business Controller

At Lucta, we continue to drive the evolution of our business management and control model, and we want to welcome a new person to our Controlling team as a Business Controller.

You will be part of a key area for the company, contributing to the economic and financial analysis of our operations and facilitating decision-making through rigorous, reliable, and business-oriented information.

In an industrial and international environment, you will collaborate closely with different areas of the organization, especially Production, Operations, and Commercial, participating in the improvement of our controlling processes and in the development of an increasingly integrated and efficient management model.

As a Business Controller, you will contribute to the monitoring and analysis of the economic and operating results of Lucta, S.A., providing support to different business areas and identifying opportunities for improvement in terms of efficiency, costs, and profitability.

• Monitor and analyze the main economic, financial, and operating indicators of the business.
• Collaborate with the Production and Operations teams in the analysis of industrial costs, operational incidents, and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze inventory management, obsolete stock, and stock differences, evaluating their economic impact and proposing improvement actions.
• Participate in the analysis of industrial efficiencies and in the evolution of information systems and production control.
• Provide support in the definition and review of industrial costs and sales rates, in collaboration with the commercial teams.
• Analyze the profitability of customers and commercial projects, identifying opportunities for margin improvement.
• Participate in the economic and financial closing processes, ensuring the reliability and consistency of the information.
• Collaborate with the Controlling teams of international subsidiaries, providing support in the closing processes and contributing to the homogenization of criteria and procedures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's controlling processes, tools, and models.
