We are looking to hire a Product Manager (Fraud Prevention) to join our team in Madrid, with the following experience and knowledge:
More than 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in similar roles in software companies. (Mandatory)
Proven experience in B2B SaaS products, preferably based on data, advanced analytics, or artificial intelligence. (Mandatory)
Proven experience working with developers and designers in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). (Mandatory)
University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

As Product Manager (Fraud Prevention), under the supervision of the Product Lead, you will work day-to-day with developers and designers to define objectives, prioritize work, and build the functionalities of our Lynx Fraud solution. You will actively participate in the definition and evolution of the product roadmap. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, the Business, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams, and with clients.
Success in this position consists of supporting the definition of the product strategy and translating it into a product roadmap with concrete, well-defined deliveries that provide value to the end customer. Software Engineers, designers, and team members must always be clear about what to build, why, and how to know it is finished, and what is delivered must solve real customer needs and meet regulatory requirements.
As Product Manager (Fraud Prevention), some of your responsibilities will be:
Contribute to the definition of the product strategy and to the evolution of the roadmap alongside the Product Lead in the definition and evolution of the roadmap, proposing new functionalities, changes in priority, and adjustments based on quantitative and qualitative feedback gathered from interactions with users, clients, prospects, competitors, and usage data,
Collaborate with the development team in order to remove risks and blockers that may impact the objectives defined for the product evolution, maintaining fluid communication with the product lead and stakeholders.
Translate the roadmap into concrete objectives that deliver value to the end user per release and per sprint.
Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, keeping it clear, refined, and ordered according to its value, risk, and dependencies.
Write clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria together with the developers.
Work with designers in the definition of flows, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring that the user experience responds to the needs of the fraud prevention teams.
Actively participate in product-focused agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, review) and resolve functional doubts from the team during development.
Gathering and analyzing feedback from customers, users, and Customer Success to detect improvements and product opportunities.
Validating delivered functionalities against acceptance criteria and the agreed design before each release.
Defining and measuring product KPIs to evaluate the impact of delivered functionalities.
Keeping product functional documentation up to date (specifications, release notes, functional guides).
Supporting pre-sales and implementation teams in demos and functional conversations with clients when necessary.
Position located in Madrid, with a hybrid work model.
Availability to travel occasionally.
