Data Analytics Project / Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Project / Product Manager to drive the vision, roadmap and delivery priorities for Data Analytics applications and integrations within a global IT environment.

This is a hybrid role combining project management, product ownership and a strong understanding of data and integration technologies. You will coordinate delivery across data engineering, platform and reporting teams, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, technical teams and global technology objectives.

The ideal candidate will combine strong delivery leadership and stakeholder management skills with a solid understanding of modern data architectures, APIs, ETL processes, web applications and Azure environments.

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap and priorities for Data Analytics applications and integrations.

• Coordinate deliverables across data engineering, data platform and reporting workstreams.

• Oversee integrations between enterprise platforms, SaaS applications and legacy systems.

• Work closely with technical teams to align delivery plans, resources, dependencies and responsibilities.

• Engage senior stakeholders to clarify requirements, agree priorities and manage expectations.

• Lead project governance activities, steering committees and delivery reviews.

• Monitor KPIs, product adoption, platform performance and user satisfaction.

• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, issues and dependencies across global, remotely distributed teams.

• Drive execution, ensuring deliverables remain aligned with business objectives and agreed timelines.

Location: Madrid, Spain - Remote with occasional office visits
Contract: 6 months initial (extentions available)
Language: English (C1/C2)

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Project Management and Product Management within IT environments.

• Experience managing Data Analytics projects, applications or platforms.

• Previous experience as a Product Manager for integration platforms or integration-related products.

• Strong understanding of data and analytics technologies, including APIs, integration architectures, web applications, ETL processes and Azure environments.

• Ability to bridge business and technical teams, translating requirements into clear priorities and actionable delivery plans.

• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders, leading steering committees and resolving delivery risks and issues.

• Experience coordinating global teams and remote delivery environments.

• Excellent communication, organisation and execution skills, with a proactive and accountable approach.

• Fluent English at C1/C2 level.

• Based in Madrid or within reasonable travelling distance, due to occasional office attendance.

• Take ownership of the roadmap and delivery of strategic Data Analytics applications and integrations.

• Work at the intersection of product management, project delivery and modern data technologies.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders and multidisciplinary technical teams.

• Influence priorities, improve delivery processes and help drive adoption of data-driven solutions.
