What we're looking for

3+ years in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
Excellent command of SQL, and comfort working with large datasets.
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
Experience with product analytics and business KPIs.
Ability to communicate clearly and translate complex data into simple narratives.
Business-oriented mindset: you don't just pull data - you find stories and opportunities.
Fluent in English.

Nice to have

Experience with mobile apps or mobile gaming analytics.
Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
Basic understanding of experimentation and A/B testing.
Experience working with data warehouses (BigQuery, etc.).

The role

We're looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to join our growing Analytics team. You'll play a key role in turning data into insights that drive product, marketing, and business decisions.

If you're fluent in SQL, love digging into spreadsheets, and enjoy solving business problems with data, this role is for you. A product-oriented mindset is essential - and experience in mobile apps or gaming is a strong plus.

Location: Barcelona

What you'll do

Analyze user behavior, product usage, and business performance to provide actionable insights.
Build dashboards and reports for cross-functional teams using SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools.
Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering to design and measure experiments.
Deep-dive into trends, funnels, and cohorts to uncover growth opportunities.
Define and track key metrics (KPIs), building a data-informed culture across teams
Contribute to data hygiene, standardization, and documentation.
Help maintain and improve data accessibility across teams (via views, tables, documentation)
