About the role
Job Responsibilities:
📢 We are looking for a Production Quality Technician!
Do you have experience in the automotive sector and are you passionate about quality, incident analysis, and continuous improvement? We want to meet you.
🎯 What will your mission be?
To ensure product quality by working to prevent customer incidents and driving improvement actions that help reduce internal PPM and scrap costs.
What you'll do
🔎 Main responsibilities
✅ Daily analysis and monitoring of scrap, quality incidents, and customer returns.
✅ Management and coordination of corrective actions and containment activities.
✅ Support production in identifying root causes and preventing part rejections.
✅ Monitoring quality indicators and improvement plans.
✅ Participation in product and process modifications.
✅ Conducting process audits in accordance with VDA standards.
✅ Validation and approval of assembly trials together with the team.
✅ Maintenance of gauges and fixtures on assembly lines.
✅ Creation and updating of quality and process documentation, including gauge procedures and first-level maintenance, among others.
✅ Collaboration with Production, Engineering, SQA, among others, to ensure quality standards.

Asegurar la calidad de los productos, trabajando para prevenir incidencias con el cliente e impulsando acciones de mejora que contribuyan a reducir los PPM internos y los costes de chatarra.
What you'll do
🔎 Principales responsabilidades
✅ Análisis y seguimiento diario de scrap, incidencias de calidad y devoluciones de cliente.
✅ Gestión y coordinación de acciones correctivas y actividades de contención.
✅ Soporte a producción para identificar causas raíz y prevenir rechazos de piezas.
✅ Seguimiento de indicadores de calidad y planes de mejora.
✅ Participación en modificaciones de producto y proceso.

✅ Mantenimiento de cebos y calibres de las líneas de montaje.
