🔎 We are looking for Customer Quality! | Magna Mirrors España

At Magna Mirrors España we continue to grow and we are currently looking for a Customer Quality Engineer with a high level of English to join our team.

🎯 Job Mission
You will be responsible for managing and leading customer complaints and their associated costs, both in series production and during the warranty period. Additionally, you will participate in the project team, ensuring the correct launch of new products from the quality area, including PPAP management.

🚀 What will your responsibilities be?

  • Lead the analysis of customer complaints alongside multidisciplinary teams (containment, 8D, FMEA review, etc.)

  • Maintain fluid communication with the customer (email, telephone, and in-person visits)

  • Manage quality activities during process or product changes

  • Review and validate customer invoices

  • Collaborate closely with production to give and receive continuous feedback

  • Manage deviations with the customer and validate internal deviations

  • Define and ensure quality criteria together with SQA and Production Quality

👤 Who are we looking for?

  • 🎓 Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Organization, or similar)

  • 🛠️ At least 2 years of experience in customer quality in the automotive industry

  • 🌍 Fluent English (other languages will be valued: French, Italian, or German)
