Digitalization Instructor

• Academic training in degrees within the technological, computer science, pedagogical, or social fields (Computer Engineering, Higher Technician in Systems Administration, Psychopedagogy, Social Education, or other related areas).
• Demonstrable professional experience in the field of information technologies, digitalization, and office automation tools.
• Specific and demonstrable experience in teaching, accompaniment, or intervention with people with disabilities (physical, sensory, intellectual, or organic).
• Knowledge of digital accessibility (compliance with web accessibility guidelines, use of assistive products, screen readers, and computer workstation adaptations).
• Ability to work in inclusive environments, empathy, patience, and communication skills oriented toward functional diversity.
• Experience in the third sector, and preferably self-employed.

• We positively value complementary training in the Professional Certificate for Teaching in Vocational Training for employment.

We are looking for a professional with technical and teaching experience to teach a Digitalization course aimed at people with disabilities in the process of training for labor market insertion.

• Deliver theoretical and practical classes related to basic and advanced digital competencies (office automation, safe browsing, collaborative tools, and everyday digital management) and AI.
• Accompany and tutor students in a personalized manner throughout the entire learning process, applying inclusive methodologies and ensuring the accessibility of materials.
• Evaluate student progress through evaluative adaptations, accessible tests, practical exercises, and individualized follow-up.
• Ensure the correct use and adaptation of computer equipment, assistive products, and accessible technological tools during sessions.
• Complete the required academic documentation (participant start documentation, evaluations, attendance records, etc.).
• Coordinate with the Fundación Magtel team.

• Office and collaborative tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams and Zoom (with a focus on their accessibility), and an introduction to AI for job searching.
