What we're looking for

Previous experience in reception or customer service positions.
Good handling of IT tools (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).

The role

Hotel CORBELLA, located in Posadas (Córdoba), is selecting a cook in order to reinforce its work team and guarantee the quality of the service offered to its customers.

What you'll do

In-person and telephone customer service for clients and visitors.
Management of emails and correspondence.
Reception and distribution of documentation.
Organization of agendas and meeting rooms.
General administrative support.
Management of parcels and courier services
Customer service and resolution of client inquiries.
