🎓 Education and requirements

- University degree in Engineering, preferably.

- Higher Technician training in Occupational Risk Prevention

- Experience in preventive coordination and management of health and safety systems.

- Knowledge of OHS regulations and coordination of business activities.

- Ability to manage a team of people under their charge.

- Knowledge of applicable legislation

- Problem-solving and analytical skills

- Organizational skills

- Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.

- Driving license

- Valuable experience as a Health and Safety Manager in telecommunications, energy, and infrastructure works.

- Valuable knowledge and experience in Management Systems.

💡Your functions will be

- Coordinate and supervise the management of Occupational Risk Prevention across the different areas of the company and construction departments.

- Guarantee compliance with current regulations regarding occupational health and safety.

- Identify, evaluate, and control occupational risks associated with the different activities and processes of the organization.

- Participate in preventive planning and monitor corrective actions derived from evaluations, inspections, and audits.

- Coordinate business activities with contractors, subcontractors, and collaborating companies.

- Perform safety inspections and promote continuous improvement of health and safety conditions at work.

- Manage preventive documentation: risk assessments, emergency plans, safe working procedures, reports, and records.

- Develop indicators and monitoring reports of preventive activity for Management.

- Foster a solid preventive culture, promoting safe behaviors and worker participation.
