The role

Why are we looking for you?

Your mission will be to achieve the Volume and Mix objectives by Range and Brand established for your assigned route, ensuring maximum product listing per Point of Sale, as well as market prospecting and the acquisition of new Points of Sale.

What you'll do

Prospect, visit, acquire, and maintain clients in your area.
Management of incidents within your portfolio.
Management of collections within your portfolio, ensuring the procedure regarding Financial Risk in order to avoid delinquency.
Acquisition of new accounts together with the supplier.
Analysis and knowledge of products for this segment.
Follow up on the client portfolio, ensuring their business turnover, volume, and economic value.
Achievement of objectives for opening Points of Sale and increasing product listing, achievement of the business turnover, margin, and market share objectives assigned to your area.
Collection of information (daily and weekly reporting of orders placed, tasks, promotional actions, and price levels regarding the state of the competition) according to your hierarchy and the services that correspond to you.
Requesting accompaniment from product managers and sales managers for your continuous acquisition of customers and increase of product listing in your portfolio.
Compliance with Risk Prevention, Quality, Hygiene and Food Safety, and Environmental regulations.
