The role

Our store is hiring a multi-skilled sales associate.

What you'll do

Welcome each customer warmly
Support and build customer loyalty throughout their shopping journey, making their purchases a pleasure
Offer Maisons du Monde services to customers (Alma, Rhinov...)
Handle cash register operations in line with procedures
Take part in deliveries, restocking, product displays, and new seasonal themes to enhance our collections
Implement our merchandising plan to inspire our customers
Know your store's performance indicators and apply action plans with managers and the team to achieve targets
Drive sales and conversion rates

- Be a brand ambassador / Share and embody the brand's values

Represent the brand and embody its values (know the company's projects, share them with customers, etc.)
