What you'll do

Functions:

Among the functions you will perform in this position are,

- Providing public attention with kindness and professionalism, ensuring that each person receives the necessary information about the available services.

- Clearly and patiently explaining the use of the facilities, such as the baths and lockers, so that visitors feel comfortable and well-informed.

- Managing the sale of photos and other related products, highlighting the available options in an attractive and persuasive manner.

- Supporting the organization of work areas, ensuring that everything is in optimal conditions to provide quality service.

- Collaborating with the team to resolve any queries or incidents that may arise during the shift.

- Maintaining a proactive attitude and customer satisfaction focus at all times.

Requirements

To join this team, it is important that you meet the following requirements,

Own vehicle.

Experience in cash handling

Have a medium to high level of English, as you will interact with people from different nationalities.

Have a type B driver's license, as you may need to travel within the locality.

Possess communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Have availability to work flexible hours and adapt to the team's needs.

Be willing to work in a face-to-face and dynamic environment, where direct contact with people is key.

Value the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
