Our store is hiring a multi-skilled sales associate.

- Providing every customer with a unique in-store experience:

• Welcome each customer warmly
• Support and build customer loyalty throughout their shopping journey, making their purchases a pleasure
• Offer Maisons du Monde services to customers (Alma, Rhinov...)
• Handle cash register operations in line with procedures

- Bringing style to your store

• Take part in deliveries, restocking, product displays, and new seasonal themes to enhance our collections
• Implement our merchandising plan to inspire our customers

- Playing an active role in the success of your store

• Know your store's performance indicators and apply action plans with managers and the team to achieve targets
• Drive sales and conversion rates

- Be a brand ambassador / Share and embody the brand's values

• Represent the brand and embody its values (know the company's projects, share them with customers, etc.)
