Job description

We are looking for a Fishmonger Department Sales Manager to join our team at Makro Finestrat. Below, we tell you all the details of the role:

Your mission; you will guarantee excellence in managing the fishmonger department, optimizing processes and you will ensure customer satisfaction.

Your main duties:

What you'll do

  • You will manage orders, reception, and storage of fresh products (fish).
  • You will ensure the quality, freshness, and rotation of the displayed products.
  • You will train and develop your team, passing on your knowledge of seafood products.
  • You will implement commercial strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • You will analyze the results of the section and propose improvements.

How you'll work

📋 This position offers a permanent contract on a full-time basis.

Organizational Level

  • You will report to the Sales and Operations Manager of the business center.
  • You will manage a team of approximately 6 people in charge.
