Functions:

• Implementation, execution, and monitoring of the company's strategic plan in the commercial area.
• Management and leadership of the commercial and mechanical team.
• Maximize sales and manage the store's operating account.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure the team delivers it as well.
• Control of the Visual area.
• Motivation of the sales teams.
• Achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives.
• Accustomed to working with KPIs.

Minimum demonstrable experience of 3 years in a similar position to the one offered.

• Implantación, ejecución y seguimiento del plan estratégico de la empresa en el área comercial.
• Gestión y dirección del equipo comercial y mecánicos.
• Maximizar las ventas y gestionar la cuenta de explotación de la tienda.
• Ofrecer un servicio excelente al cliente y asegurarse que su equipo lo efectúe.
• Control del área Visual.
• Animación de los equipos de venta.
• Alcanzar los objetivos cualitativos y cuantitativos.
• Acostumbrado a trabajar con Kpis.

Experiencia mínima demostrable de 3 años en un puesto similar al ofertado.
