Responsibilities

• Technical/Specialist: activities directly related to the professional mission of the position, personalized online sales to individual customers, after-sales service, and product description.
• Interdepartmental communication and coordination: with Purchasing, Logistics, Stores, IT Department, and International Sales, regarding everything related to customer and product service and support.

Functions:

• Advise customers on Mammoth products, analyze their needs, and offer personalized solutions.
• Manage and control web orders with the Logistics and Purchasing departments, respectively.
• Resolve stock shortage situations in coordination with Purchasing.
• Resolve defective product and non-conformity situations in coordination with Logistics.
• Manage incidents with customers (order cancellations, product changes, and returns) with the Logistics and Stores departments.
• Manage transport incidents with the After-Sales and Logistics departments.
• Create product descriptions for the website and corresponding reviews.

Tasks

• Handle requests and inquiries from individual customers (calls, emails, chats).
• Process orders for individual web customers.
• Process order cancellations, product changes, and corresponding returns.
• Notify customers of stock shortages and propose a change to another item with a special offer.
• Register and deregister customers.
• Modify customer account data.
• Process the collection of defective products, communicating with the customer and requesting pickup.
• Process warranty claims.
• Report website failures or issues with the purchasing process, or improvement needs to the IT Department.
• Search for technical product information (fabrics, new features, etc.) to improve and update website descriptions.
• Search for and request product photographs from brand private links or manufacturer websites.
• Write texts and upload photographs to register the product.
• Add related and complementary products.
