Accounting Controller

Previous experience and training

• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in general accounting.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in the preparation and reconciliation of accounting accounts and financial statements.
• Advanced knowledge of accepted accounting principles and policies.
• High level of English.

Hard skills

• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and standards (GAAP, IFRS).
• Proficiency in accounting tools and software (SAP, Microsoft Office - advanced Excel).

• Manage and record rental invoices, ensuring their correct registration and follow-up within the established deadlines.
• Analyze and follow up on open accounts payable and provisions, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the accounting information.
• Collaborate in payment management, participating actively in its control, validation, and execution.
• Review and reconcile balances, identifying possible deviations and proposing effective solutions.
• Act as a point of contact with creditors and internal departments, managing and resolving incidents proactively.
• Participate in the monthly accounting closing process, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the quality of the information.
• Supervise monthly the correct application of IFRS16 regulations in lease contracts.
