Footwear Designer - Woman

Design and develop the women's footwear collection, ensuring attractive, commercial products aligned with the Mango woman, adapted to fast fashion.

• Design women's footwear: boots, shoes, sandals.
• Create sketches and prototypes according to buying structure, trends, and collection.
• Collaborate with the technical/production and buying teams to ensure viability and good results.
• Select and develop materials, finishes, and details for each model.
• Contact with suppliers and factories for product development.
• Translate trends and previous sales into commercial products with potential for success.
• Maintain aesthetic coherence with accessories and the rest of the collection.

YOUR NEW TEAM:

We are looking for a Footwear Designer to join our Woman team.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in women's footwear design, preferably fast fashion.
• Solid portfolio in commercial and creative women's footwear.
• Technical knowledge: materials, lasts, soles, and construction.
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
• A good eye for color, textures, and material combinations.
• Ability to work quickly and adapt to short production cycles.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Proactivity and dynamism.
• Sustainability awareness.
• Interest in AI applied to product.
