You will join the Women's Fashion Design department to actively participate in the creation and development of Easy Wear collections, helping turn trends and inspiration into commercial proposals aligned with the brand's identity. You will play a key role throughout the entire creative process, from collection conceptualization to development follow-up, collaborating with internal teams and international suppliers to ensure differentiated, attractive, high-quality products. - Analyze fashion, market, and competition trends to identify design and innovation opportunities in women's fashion.

- Design sketches and develop women's fashion garments, including knowledge of knitwear and outerwear.
- Prepare complete and accurate technical sheets to ensure proper interpretation of designs by production and suppliers.
- Collaborate with production and purchasing teams to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and profitability of collections.
- Monitor the manufacturing process and propose adjustments when necessary.
- Maintain contact with international suppliers and participate in trips to trade fairs and specialized markets.
