Within the "Architecture & Construction Management" area of MANGO, we are responsible for analyzing and managing from start to finish all requirements and needs of all omnichannel stores, buildings, and events, to meet the cost, planning, quality, and objectives set to satisfy the customer.

The area transversally encompasses several departments such as Architecture, Furniture/consumables Design & Manufacturing, Due Diligence & Licenses, Engineering, Construction Management, and Maintenance & Store service.

The area is formed by a large team of multidisciplinary (engineers, architects, interior designers, buyers...) and multifunctional people, where one of the main challenges is to design and update the current store estate (more than 2,000 worldwide) to the constantly changing needs of customers and to keep the physical store at the absolute forefront of fashion, experience, and operations. Functional, commercial, and experiential design for each of the Customer Journeys of each store is one of the backbone axes and one of the greatest challenges we face in the Retail sector.

• Investigate and collect technical-economic information regarding a potential premises or property for purchase or lease at a national and international level
• Analyze the regulations of the country, city, and local regulations to analyze the feasibility of implementing the commercial premises under the client's standards.
• Read and analyze lease and purchase contracts with the aim of establishing risks and contractual improvements, setting red lines for negotiation
• Read and analyze the "technical guide lines" of shopping centers and properties
• Develop an economic estimate of the cost of implementation, construction, maintenance, fees... so that the Real Estate department can analyze the feasibility of the operating account
• Perform measurements to be able to estimate the execution cost of the property
• Work with a focus on knowing the cost, execution time, and processing time for permits, utilities... generating a process plan once the purchase is established
• Negotiate with properties, engineering firms, architecture firms, Administration, and utility companies
• Communicate agilely to the Real Estate department for decision-making
