Project Coordinator (Project Cargo)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Cargo, in both operational and commercial roles.

• In-depth knowledge of international transportation, especially maritime.

• Proficiency in preparing international trade documentation.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability in leadership, team management, and conflict resolution.

• Availability to travel nationally and internationally.

• Fluent English (other languages will be valued).

• Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of Project Cargo Chartering is highly desirable.

• Training in Occupational Risk Prevention and Environment (minimum basic level) will be valued.

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator for our division specialized in Project Cargo, a highly qualified professional to lead and coordinate the execution of logistics services for complex industrial projects, based at our offices in Coslada (Madrid). This position combines operational and commercial functions, with a strategic focus on the comprehensive management of Project Cargo, from planning to final delivery, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of safety, quality, cost, service, and sustainability.

• Lead, manage, and coordinate all logistics activities related to industrial projects.
• Coordinate closely with Management for the strategic definition and implementation of key initiatives and the company's value proposition.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, delivery, cost, and service objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local, national, and international suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored logistics solutions.
• Participate in the preparation and negotiation of major tenders for complex projects.
• Oversee import/export documentation and ensure its proper management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and lead the execution of projects from start to finish.
• Represent the company at meetings, trade fairs, and industry events nationally and internationally.
