What we're looking for
ABOUT YOUABOUT YOU
- Provide at least 1 YEAR OF experience as a VM in MANGO or 6 MONTHS as an AM or SM.
- Residence: OVIEDO or surroundings or availability to relocate.
Nice to have
- Experience in the TEEN line will be positively valued.
- University training in fashion design, graphic design, visual marketing, or a related field will be valued.
- Experience in the design and assembly of window displays and exhibition shelving for seasonal clothing lines will be valued.

The role
YOUR NEW ROLE
We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser for our MANGO TEEN store located in Oviedo Uria TEEN.
What you'll do
- Maintain the store image by ensuring that merchandising, product organization, and visual elements meet company standards and adapt to the customer profile.
- Optimize sales and profitability by analyzing collections, managing stock, prioritizing product actions, and adjusting displays to maximize commercial results.
- Manage and develop the team through training, guidance, feedback, and talent detection to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate replenishment and stock by supervising that all sizes are available and the store remains organized throughout the day.
- Maintain effective communication with the team, Store Managers, VM Managers, and product departments to align merchandising actions and share market trends.
How you'll work
We offer a permanent contract of 40 hours per week, with rotating schedules and two days off.
