The role
We are looking for a Senior Temporary Procurement Analyst for our Indirect Procurement team.
What you'll do
Your mission will be to provide support in Electricity Sourcing & Procurement analytics, as well as in the execution of purchasing projects and contract management. Help design the category strategy for assigned projects and manage their execution in close collaboration with client departments. Manage analysis and sourcing platforms in advanced projects.
You will work in close collaboration with internal teams to identify needs, accompany tendering processes, analyze supplier proposals, and contribute to the monitoring of contracts and savings, ensuring compliance with the company's purchasing policies and processes.

The role
Buscamos un/a Procurement Analyst Senior Temporal para nuestro equipo de Compras Indirectas.
What you'll do
Tu misión será dar soporte en la analítica de Sourcing & Procurement de Electricidad así como en la ejecución de los proyectos de compras y en la gestión de los contratos. Ayudar a diseñar la estrategia de la categoría de los proyectos asignados y gestionar su ejecución en estrecha colaboración con los departamentos clientes. Gestionar las plataformas de análisis y sourcing en proyectos avanzados.
Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los equipos internos para identificar necesidades, acompañar procesos de licitación, analizar propuestas de proveedores y contribuir al seguimiento de contratos y ahorros, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas y procesos de compras de la compañía.
- Realizar un análisis detallado del gasto, así como de otras métricas clave
- Detectar palancas de ahorro
- Dar soporte analítico y de reporting a la categoría
Sourcing Projects / Licitaciones y monitorización de los ahorros:
- Análisis detallado del gasto de la categoría Electricidad.
- Colaboración en la elaboración del Presupuesto de la categoría. Envío mensual de provisiones, análisis de desviaciones.
- Liderar licitaciones y procesos de contratación de la categoría; determinar los requisitos a negociar, monitorización de ahorros.
- Coordinar la firma de contratos, tareas administrativas relacionadas con la compra.
- Reuniones periódicas con Comercializadoras/consultoras para conocer el estado del mercado.
- Gestión de incidencias diarias.
- Colaboración con el área de sostenibilidad para auditoría de huella de carbono.
- Coordinar el proceso de creación y firma de los contratos
- Gestionar el almacenamiento de los contratos en un repositorio centralizado
- Garantizar que los requerimientos están bien definidos antes de lanzar la orden de compra
- Labores administrativas necesarias para la compra
- Garantizar que las políticas globales de compras se siguen conforme al proceso definido en el Procurement Ways of Working
