Manolo Bakes continues its expansion and we are looking for new eMBassadors for our Store in CC Muelle Uno (Málaga).

We are looking for people passionate about customer service, professionalism in their work, commitment to their colleagues and, truth be told, the world of coffee and pastry. Someone eager to grow in this company, at the same pace that Manolo Bakes is growing. Like our Manolitos, we prioritize that our eMBassadors are authentic, with personality, highly professional, honest and reliable.

• Customer service, ensuring quality throughout the entire process.
• Preparation of all types of coffee, beverages, and services (breakfasts, afternoon snacks, take away, etc.).
• Customer loyalty and sales promotion through sales techniques (up-selling and cross-selling).
• Cash handling and operation of the till/POS.
• Ensuring the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the store.

• Passion for coffee and its preparation.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations.
• Experience as a barista and/or in sales or the retail sector will be favorably valued. Don't worry if you don't have it yet, we will train you!
• Availability and flexible schedule to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, including weekends and holidays.
