Requirements
What we're looking for
- Passion for coffee and its preparation.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations.
- Availability and flexible schedule to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Nice to have
- Experience as a barista and/or in sales or the retail sector will be favorably valued. Don't worry if you don't have it yet, we will train you!
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- Permanent contract.

The role
At Manolo Bakes we continue to grow, and we are currently looking for new Ambassadors for our store in CC Bonaire (Valencia).
You will join a work team full of enthusiasm and eager to take Manolo Bakes to the very top.
As sales staff, you will have the following responsibilities:
What you'll do
- Customer service, ensuring quality throughout the entire process.
- Preparation of all types of coffee, beverages, and services (breakfasts, afternoon snacks, take away, etc.).
- Customer loyalty and sales promotion through sales techniques (up-selling and cross-selling).
- Cash handling and operation of the till/POS.
- Ensuring the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the store.
