At MANPOWER, we are recruiting Forklift Operators and Packaging Assistants (M/F/X) to work for a major company in the food sector located in Viana.

What you'll do

  • Working on the production line.
  • Monitoring machine parameters (temperature, dosing).
  • Supervising the production process.
  • Product packaging.
  • Cleaning the workstation and machinery.
  • For candidates with forklift experience: Operating counterbalance and reach forklifts, as well as handling and moving raw materials.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in industrial environments, preferably in the food sector.
  • For forklift positions: theoretical and practical training in forklift operation and proven experience with counterbalance and reach forklifts.
  • Availability for immediate start.
  • Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts or a fixed night shift (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00).
  • Ability to commute to the workplace in Viana.
