Operations Manager

At Manpower, we are selecting a Local Operations Manager (m/f/x) to join a major company in the healthcare and assistance sector located in Derio. We are looking for a profile with experience in operational management and team leadership, capable of guaranteeing the correct functioning of the branch and ensuring excellence in patient care.

Main functions

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily operations of the branch, guaranteeing its correct functioning.
• Ensure the quality of the service provided to patients, coordinating home routes, in-person consultations, and telephone reviews.
• Manage the warehouse and control stocks to guarantee the availability of materials necessary for healthcare activity.
• Supervise the maintenance of patient equipment and manage the branch's vehicle fleet.
• Control the technological assets assigned to healthcare staff and installers.
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise a team of approximately 20 people, ensuring compliance with procedures, safety regulations, and the management of temporary staff.
• Perform monitoring of indicators, preparation of reports, and KPI control, collaborating closely with Regional Management.

• Temporary contract to cover long-term sick leave.
• Workplace located in Derio (Vizcaya).
• Schedule:
  • Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 h.
  • Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 h.
  • Intensive summer schedule from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 h.
• Salary: €20.03 gross/hour, equivalent to approximately €36,450 gross per year, plus an allowance for additional telephone on-call shifts.
