Junior Financial Controller (M/F/X) Junior Controller - Barcelona (M/F/X) A consolidated professional services firm with national and international presence is looking to hire a Junior Controller to reinforce its finance team. The selected person will participate in monitoring business activity, financial analysis, and the preparation of management information, collaborating closely with the heads of the company's various areas. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a financial background who wish to evolve towards Controlling positions, obtaining a transversal view of the business and actively participating in improvement, automation, and development projects for analysis tools. Functions Management Control and Reporting Prepare and update financial and management reports. Analyze information regarding revenue, costs, margins, and profitability. Participate in monthly closings and the preparation of periodic reporting. Design and maintain dashboards and key business indicators (KPIs). Monitor the economic performance of the various areas and service lines. Identify deviations and incidents in financial information and collaborate in their resolution. Participate in profitability analysis by client, area, and type of service. Financial Planning and Analysis Provide support in budgeting and forecasting processes. Participate in monitoring results against budget. Collaborate in the preparation of financial analyses for decision-making. Support pricing studies and the profitability of clients and services. Contribute to improving the quality and reliability of management information. Billing, Business Monitoring, and Operational Support Manage and supervise the company's billing process. Monitor work in progress to ensure correct and timely billing. Coordinate with business teams to validate information and resolve incidents. Supervise the correct allocation of hours and project monitoring. Collaborate in the monitoring of accounts receivable. Ensure the quality and consistency of the recorded economic information. Propose improvements aimed at optimizing billing and business monitoring processes. Process Improvement and Digitalization Participate in automation and optimization initiatives for financial processes. Collaborate in the development and improvement of dashboards and management reports. Contribute to digitalization and process transformation projects. Identify improvement opportunities that increase operational efficiency. Provide support in data processing and analysis for decision-making. Required Profile Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or similar. Between 2 and 4 years of experience in Financial Administration, Management Control, Analytical Accounting, or Reporting areas. Previous experience in professional firms, consulting, advisory, or service firms is highly valued. Advanced level of Excel. Experience in Power BI, reporting, and process automation is desirable. Previous experience working with Suasor, as well as other ERPs oriented towards professional firms and service firms, is highly valued.
