The role

We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join a leading company in the food sector that is currently in a process of expansion.

Reporting directly to the Financial Director, you will be responsible for the control of financial information, accounting supervision, operational treasury management, and the preparation of the company's multi-entity taxation, with a clear professional development path to lead the finance area in the medium term, reporting directly to the Financial Management.

What you'll do

Supervision and control of the accounting and analytical area, performing the monitoring of issued and received invoices, the review of transport costs and auxiliary materials, as well as the analysis of sales and margins by customer and the billing between the different companies within the group.

Calculation and recording of accruals, expense provisions, depreciation, and fixed assets, as well as changes in inventory. Likewise, you will carry out bank and intercompany reconciliations, along with the analysis of balance sheet deviations to detect unusual variations in costs.

In the treasury and risk management area, you will assume the preparation of payment remittances to suppliers and the sending of receipts for customer collection, ensuring daily bank reconciliation in the ERP. You will supervise the status of collections through the monitoring of customer aging, credit risk management with the insurer, and the continuous updating of treasury forecasts and cash flow.

Multi-entity tax management by preparing the calculations and drafts of standard taxes, such as forms 303, 111, 115, and 349, in addition to providing support for the Immediate Supply of Information (SII).

Preparation and updating of dashboards and weekly and monthly reports in Excel, offering direct support in audit processes and occasionally collaborating in the management of service providers or general supplies.

On-site in Getafe, M-Th 8:00-8:30 to 16:30h (1 hour for lunch) F: departure 14:00-14:30h
