Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance and Accounting, or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling, management control, or similar financial positions. Experience in industrial environments will be especially valued.
Minimum B2 English, essential, with the ability to participate actively in meetings and maintain professional written communications.
Advanced level of Excel.

Nice to have

Experience in data analysis and visualization tools, especially Power BI.
Experience working with ERP and business management systems.
Solid analytical capacity and business orientation.
Ability to interpret financial information, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
Autonomy, initiative, and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and collaboration with different areas of the organization.

The role

What you'll do

Among others, you will participate in:

Financial reporting: preparation and analysis of periodic reports on the company's economic performance.
Budgetary control: monitoring of the annual budget, analysis of variances, and preparation of forecasts.
Cost control: analysis of production and operating costs, identification of variances, and optimization proposals.
Results analysis: monitoring of the business's financial performance, detection of risks and opportunities, and preparation of conclusions for management.
KPIs and dashboards: monitoring and analysis of financial and operating indicators.
Monthly closings: participation in closing processes, review of economic information, and analysis of results.
Budgeting and planning: preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and updating of financial forecasts.
Corporate reporting: preparation and submission of financial information to the group, ensuring its quality and compliance with deadlines.
Financial analysis: preparation of specific studies and reports to support decision-making.
Process improvement: optimization and automation of reporting, analysis, and control tools using Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
Internal coordination: collaboration with different departments to collect, validate, and analyze economic and operating information.

How you'll work

Full-time employment with flexible hours from Monday to Thursday.
Fridays with intensive working hours until 14:00 h.
