Financial Controller

Controller (H/M/X) At Manpower, we are collaborating with a renowned multinational company in the retail sector in the search for a Financial Controller to join their offices located in El Prat de Llobregat. Main responsibilities: Consolidate and structure financial information from different systems and data sources, ensuring its reliability, consistency, and correct data governance. Design and maintain advanced financial visualization and reporting solutions, facilitating the control of key indicators and the analysis of business evolution. Actively participate in financial planning processes, contributing to the preparation of budgets, rolling forecasts, and alternative scenario simulations. Analyze and exploit financial information obtained from ERP systems (Dynamics), ensuring the correct interpretation of data and its alignment with internal control models. Develop profitability and performance analysis at different levels (product, customer, and business unit), supporting the definition of margins, cost structures, and improvement levers. Act as an analytical business partner, providing relevant financial information for the evaluation of new initiatives, investments, and strategic decisions. Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. Postgraduate training will be valued. 2 to 4 years of experience in similar functions, preferably in multinational environments. Similar experience in the retail sector will be positively valued. Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with Power BI will be positively valued. Proactive profile, rigorous with information management and verification.
