We are looking to hire Food Sales Assistants for the Christmas Campaign in various work centers in Santander and surrounding areas. What will your mission be? Your main objective will be to offer an excellent shopping experience, advising customers in a close and professional manner, while simultaneously guaranteeing service quality, the correct presentation of products, and the smooth running of the establishment during one of the busiest periods of the year. You will be one of the people representing the company's image to customers, contributing to creating a welcoming atmosphere that fosters trust and satisfaction with every visit. What will your day-to-day be like? You will be part of a team committed to excellence in service and will participate in varied tasks that will make each day different: Attend to and advise customers in a personalized way, helping them find the most suitable products for their needs. Resolve doubts and offer recommendations on available products. Perform direct sales, guaranteeing a positive and close shopping experience. Prepare, handle, and present products following established quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. Maintain an attractive and orderly display of products at the point of sale. Replenish merchandise and collaborate in the correct organization of commercial spaces. Support the reception and basic stock control to ensure product availability. Manage payments and perform cash register operations with precision and responsibility. Ensure the cleanliness, order, and good condition of the facilities. Collaborate with the rest of the team to offer agile and efficient service during peak periods. Comply with occupational risk prevention and food safety regulations. You reside in Santander or nearby areas, or find it easy to commute to the workplace. We want you to have an enriching work experience and to feel part of the team from day one. Conditions: Temporary contract for the Christmas campaign. Planned start date: November 18, 2026. End of campaign: January 5, 2027. Work center located in Santander and surrounding areas. Salary of €9.36 gross per hour. Split shift: Monday to Friday: from 10:00 to 13:00 h and from 16:00 to 20:00 h. Saturdays: from 10:00 to 13:00 h.
