The role

Your mission will be to ensure that every customer takes home the best product, offering close advice and maintaining excellence in the frozen food area.

- You will assist and advise customers so they find exactly what they need.
- You will manage the replenishment and organization of frozen products to ensure an impeccable presentation.
- You will control rotations and expiration dates, always ensuring maximum quality and food safety.
- You will collaborate in the reception of goods and the maintenance of cleanliness in your work area.

Requirements

What will help you get off to a good start:
- Previous experience in retail sales: this will allow you to connect quickly with customers and manage the store flow with ease.
- Communication skills: this will help you offer close and effective service that builds loyalty among those who visit us.

And you will gain extra points if:
- You have training in food or food handling: this will give you the technical basis to manage frozen products with total safety and professionalism.
