We are looking for a Point of Sale Manager (M/F/X) in Granada for the beverages sector, with the aim of maximizing visibility, presence, and sales in the convenience channel.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper execution at the point of sale, optimizing product display, guaranteeing stock levels, and strengthening the relationship with store managers.

🎯

• Implementation of planograms and POS material.
• Stock control, detection of out-of-stocks, and order generation.
• Management of promotions, pricing, and non-chargeable merchandise.
• Visit reporting and competitor analysis.
• Negotiation and improvement of relationships at the point of sale.
• Management of loyalty programs.

👤

• At least 6 months of experience as a POS Manager.
• Experience in beverages/food and the hypermarket channel is valued.
• Proactivity, results orientation, and commercial skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and a valid driver's license.

• Contract: Permanent fixed-discontinuous
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Salary: €1,512.95 gross per month + variable based on goal achievement incentives
• Company vehicle: two-seater van

Gestor de punto de venta (H/M/X) Granada

Buscamos un Gestor de Punto de Venta (H/M/X) en Granada para el sector bebidas, con el objetivo de maximizar la visibilidad, presencia y ventas en el canal conveniencia.
La persona seleccionada será responsable de asegurar la correcta ejecución en el punto de venta, optimizando la exposición del producto, garantizando el stock y fortaleciendo la relación con los responsables de tienda.

• Implantación de planogramas y material PLV.
• Control de stock, detección de roturas y generación de pedidos.
• Gestión de promociones, precios y mercancía sin cargo.
• Reporte de visitas y análisis de la competencia.
• Negociación y mejora de la relación con el punto de venta.
• Gestión de programas de fidelización.

👤

• Al menos 6 meses de experiencia como GPV.
• Valorable experiencia en bebidas/alimentación y canal hiper.
• Proactividad, orientación a resultados y habilidades comerciales.
• Manejo de herramientas digitales y carnet de conducir.

• Contrato: Indefinido fijo-discontinuo
• Horario: 40hs semanales de lunes a viernes
• Salario: 1512,95 euros brutos mensuales+ variable mediante incentivos vinculados al cumplimiento de objetivos
• Vehículo de empresa: furgoneta biplaza
