Plan, analyze, and execute the sales actions needed to achieve volume and margin targets in your assigned portfolio.
Manage the client relationship comprehensively: prospecting, price negotiation, presenting offers, signing contracts, and ongoing loyalty building.
Carry out financial control and monitoring tasks, including credit management, debt control, and resolving non-conformities.
Independently schedule and carry out frequent visit routes, both for existing portfolio clients and potential prospects.
Work closely with other company departments (Distribution, Risk, Logistics) to resolve issues and ensure proper operations.
Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of the local market, our products, and the competition to improve brand positioning in your area.

What will your role be?
Your main mission will be the sale of diesel fuels to retail clients that can be visited through direct sales, managing portfolios in one of our four branches (South) in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. You will work with clients with small and medium purchase volumes (up to 200 m3/year), focusing on key sectors such as homeowners' associations, SMEs, agricultural cooperatives, schools, hospitality, and public bodies.
You will carry out your work in coordination with the Sales Management team, providing close and highly competitive service compared to local resellers. Your objective will be to meet the company's strategy and budget, building loyalty with your current portfolio and expanding our market presence proactively and independently in your day-to-day work.
Education: Secondary education diploma.
Strong negotiation skills, market analysis, and understanding of price charts.
Knowledge of products, installations, and logistics.
Familiarity with IT tools (SAP-R3, BI, CRM, and Microsoft Office suite).
It would be ideal if you also:
Intermediate level of English.
Basic financial knowledge (payment methods and risks).
