What we're looking for
We are looking for professionals with:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in bakery.
- Ability to work in artisanal production while maintaining high quality standards.
We are looking for a person with: • Extensive experience in bakery and production. • Experience leading and coordinating teams.
- Valuable experience in the integral management of a workshop.
- Knowledge of production organization, recipe costing, workload planning, and personnel management.
- Commitment, versatility, and involvement with the project.

What you'll do
🔹 Second-Class Baker
✅ Full-time (40h per week)
✅ Schedule from 06:00 to 14:00
✅ From Wednesday to Sunday
✅ Salary between €28,000 and €30,000 gross per year
🔹 Workshop Manager (First-Class Skilled Tradesperson)
✅ Salary between €35,000 and €40,000 gross per year
✅ Position of responsibility and leadership
