Screen Printing Technician (Manual and Semi-automatic Machine) | Badalona (M/F/X) Do you have experience in screen printing and are you looking for job stability in a consolidated company within the graphic arts sector? We are looking for a Screen Printing Technician with demonstrable experience in manual and semi-automatic equipment to join our team. Functions Handling of manual and semi-automatic screen printing machines. Preparation and adjustment of printing equipment. Carrying out auxiliary tasks related to the production process. Quality control and verification of the final product. Experience in four-color process work will be valued. Important: Specific experience in screen printing is required. Profiles coming exclusively from flexography, offset, or digital printing will not be considered. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience as a screen printer. Knowledge of manual and semi-automatic machinery. Spanish and/or Catalan. Driving license B. Responsible, organized person with the ability to work autonomously. We offer Indefinite contract with a probationary period according to the collective agreement. Expected start date: December 2026. Gross annual salary of €23,000 - €25,000, with 12 monthly payments and 2 extraordinary payments. Full-time, Monday to Friday. Good working environment and professional stability. Schedule Monday to Thursday: from 8:00 h to 14:15 h and from 15:00 h to 17:30 h. Friday: from 7:00 h to 14:00 h (intensive workday). Schedule adapted to the labor calendar and the sector's collective agreement. Vacations 3 weeks of company closure during the month of August. 5 additional days to be enjoyed during the year.
