We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage the supply chain of materials. The selected person will be responsible for planning the daily distribution of material, executing and scheduling transport orders, and developing and maintaining service agreements between the main plant and the branches.
Main responsibilities
- Planning of daily material distribution.
- Execution and scheduling of transport orders.
- Management of delivery notes, shipping documents, and tracking of ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).
- Development and maintenance of service agreements between the main plant and branches.
Requirements
- High level of English.
- Previous experience in distribution and logistics orders.
