Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum experience of 6 months or 1 year as an automated machinery operator in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, food, or lens sectors.
Minimum education of Vocational Training (Grado Medio), preferably related to the Chemical or Pharmaceutical Sector.
Availability for immediate start.

Nice to have

Experience in sterile rooms and knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is highly valued.
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and responsibility in regulated environments.

The role

MANPOWER is selecting personnel to be part of a prominent company in the pharmaceutical sector, located in the Julian Camarillo area (Madrid). An opportunity to develop professionally in a plant with advanced processes and a good working environment.

What you'll do

Operation and supervision of automated machinery on the production line.
Control of parameters, operation, and adjustments during the process.
Basic equipment maintenance and verification of operation according to protocols.
Collaboration with other departments in highly demanding technical environments.
Inspection, handling, and control of pharmaceutical products under production and quality standards.

How you'll work

🕘Working hours: 40 hours per week, (rotating shifts)
Morning: 07:00 to 15:00
Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Night: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
🔄Schedule: 6 working days and 3 consecutive days off; availability required from Monday to Sunday.
