PRODUCTION OPERATIVES – PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR | CHINCHÓN (MADRID) | IMMEDIATE START 26/10/2026

At IMAN Temporing Pinto, we are selecting Production Operatives for a major company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Chinchón (Madrid), with immediate start.

We are looking for responsible, committed individuals with a good attitude and a desire to work, who are interested in being part of a professional and dynamic environment.

We collaborate with this company throughout the year during its various production campaigns, so we offer opportunities for job continuity and professional development possibilities.

What you'll do

Manual handling of pharmaceutical products.

Operation of production and handling machinery, according to the needs of the production process.

Preparation, conditioning, packaging, and inspection of products.

Visual quality control of the handled products.

Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace.

Strict compliance with the hygiene, safety, and quality protocols established by the company, which are fundamental in the pharmaceutical sector.

How you'll work

Work is carried out in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, from Monday to Friday, according to the company's planning:

Morning shift from 07:00 to 15:00 h.

Afternoon shift from 15:00 to 23:00 h.

Night shift from 23:00 to 07:00 h.

Important: The night shift begins on Sunday at 23:00 h and ends on Friday at 07:00 h.

Schedule flexibility and availability to work the three rotating shifts are essential.

Previous experience is not essential! We especially value attitude, responsibility, commitment, and the desire to learn.
