Receptionist with Basque - 35h Replacement (M/F/X) Are you passionate about customer service and do you have experience in reception? At ManpowerGroup Solutions, we are looking for a Replacement Receptionist to join an important project located in Bilbao. Main functions: Attention and reception of visitors, clients, and suppliers, both in person and by telephone. Management and control of access to the center. Verification of supplier documentation through business coordination platforms. Document management and filing. Management of correspondence, messaging, courier, and corporate mailbox. Organization, booking, and coordination of meeting rooms. Registration and control of visitors and contractors. Carrying out inventories. Support in general administrative tasks. Requirements: Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration positions. Good handling of IT tools. Organized, proactive profile oriented towards service. Excellent communication and public relations skills. We offer: Replacement contract for holidays. From December 3rd to December 20th inclusive. Salary €1,453 gross per month. Full-time with weekly rotating shifts: Morning shift: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 hs. Salary according to the Vizcaya Offices and Desks Collective Agreement.
