We are looking for an organized, decisive person with a customer orientation to provide support in reception and administrative tasks at the workplace. 📍 Location: Polígono Espíritu Santo, Oviedo (Asturias) 📅 Start date: October 28, 2026 📄 Contract type: Temporary replacement for IT 🕒 Working day: 35 hours per week ⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 h 💰 Salary: €1,323.52 gross per month Functions In-person and telephone customer service. Reception and management of visitors. Incident management. Reception, classification, and distribution of mail and parcels. Support in administrative and document management tasks. Coordination of internal communications. General support to the team. Requirements Previous experience in similar reception, customer service, or administrative positions. Good communication skills and service orientation. Organizational and decisive capacity. Basic handling of IT tools. Fluent Spanish. We offer Temporary contract for IT leave replacement.
