The role
Perform support activities for the technicians of the reception and intervention teams of the Delegation's centers and facilities, especially in the event of absences of the teams assigned to each facility, in order to offer basic services (accommodation and subsistence) to the hosted persons, assess possible vulnerability factors, and help them acquire the necessary skills to facilitate their autonomy and integration. Reporting directly to the Territorial Reception Manager in the Delegation.
What you'll do
- Support the planning, preparation, and monitoring of the preparation itinerary for autonomy, especially in the event of absences of the teams assigned to each facility.
- Prepare social and vulnerability reports (follow-up, admission, proposals for extensions in reception centers, mandatory/precautionary discharge, and referral to the second phase) during periods of absence of the teams assigned to each facility and during periods of heavy workload.
- Perform monitoring and compilation of the documentation necessary for the preparation of reports, memoirs, and improvement proposals, and the documentation necessary for the management of the Program.
- Support the implementation and opening of new reception spaces (accommodation and subsistence resources) alongside the Territorial Reception Manager.
- Support the management and organization of transfers of hosted persons and the logistical needs of the facilities when necessary.
- Support the Reception Manager, when required, on matters concerning institutional relations with key agents.
- Support the monitoring and implementation process of the procedures, manuals, methodologies, and protocols of the Reception area.
- Manage the SIRIA database, the Organization's CEARNET databases, and any other database dependent on the management of the Program.
- Participate in team meetings and encounters proposed by the Reception area at a territorial and state level, when required.
- Support the various facilities in the tasks of their professional group when required due to vacations, leaves, or reinforcement.
- Support the assessment and monitoring of the justification of financial aid.
- Support the Territorial Manager of the area, when required, on matters concerning institutional relations with key agents.
