Parcel Delivery Drivers Coslada 30h per week (M/F/X) You will depart from Coslada and deliver throughout various towns in the Corredor del Henares; to shops and homes, managing your workday with autonomy. Benefits that make a difference • 30h weekly workday. • Work from Monday to Saturday, with 2 days off per week according to the roster. The roster is sent weekly. • Usual shift of 6h daily, starting around 8:30h until 15:30h (this schedule is always approximate) • Independence and autonomy in your day-to-day. You will manage your route with total confidence and responsibility. • Mandatory 1-day online Amazon training, unpaid. 2 days of practical training accompanied by another driver, with the 6h route on both days being paid. • Immediate start, monthly contracting, and real continuity. • €9.5 gross/hour. 6h are paid per day even if the route takes more or fewer hours. • Additionally, by being part of Manpower, you access the 4U Plan, which includes: Telephone legal, medical, and psychological guidance. Telepharmacy and medication delivery. Home help in special situations. MyAssistant for personal errands. ITV management. Support with your income tax return. Your day-to-day will be like this • You will start from the logistics center in Coslada, load the van with the parcels to be delivered, and head out on your route. • You will make deliveries in different assigned areas • You will coordinate with the team in case of any incidents, but you will have the autonomy to move at your own pace. At the end of the route, you will return to the Coslada warehouse to drop off the van and any packages you were able to deliver. What will help you shine in this position • Valid driver's license. It will be your daily tool, so having experience and a good record will make you feel more confident. • We value having some experience in delivery. It is not essential, but it is recommended to move with greater ease. • Ability to commute daily to the workplace in Coslada. The van is picked up and returned there every day, so it is important that you can travel on your own. Valid DNI-NIE. Driver's license points (no specific number required, just that you have points). Boots and a vest will be provided at the Manpower Getafe office if you do not have them.
