We are looking for a Cloud Customer Success Representative to support partners across Europe and help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving challenges, and helping partners get the most value from cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for partners within your territory. Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive partner engagement. Support onboarding, issue resolution, and adoption of cloud solutions. Build strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth and retention. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Vendor teams to ensure partner success. Gather partner feedback and champion continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and contribute to key retention and revenue metrics. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Commercial mindset with a customer-first approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Native Dutch speaker. Professional level of English.
