Logistics Team Leader (M/F/X) Team Leader Logístico (H/M/X)| La Bisbal del Penedès (Tarragona) 🚀 Do you have experience leading teams in logistics and are you looking for a stable project with growth possibilities? At Manpower, we are selecting a Logistics Team Leader (M/F/X) Inbound / Outbound to join a major company in the logistics sector. What will you do? Lead and coordinate the operational team. Supervise the processes of receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Guarantee productivity, quality, and service levels. Manage incidents and ensure the continuity of the operation. Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in processes. Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures. What are we looking for? Experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations management. Experience coordinating teams. Knowledge of Inbound and/or Outbound processes. An organized, decisive, and results-oriented profile. Training in Logistics, Transport, or Supply Chain is valued. English level is valued.
