IT Support Technician (M/F/X)

IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (M/F/X) Do you like helping people and resolving technological issues? At Manpower, we are looking for a customer-oriented person with IT knowledge to provide support to users in an environment linked to the pharmaceutical sector. What will you do? Attend to user inquiries and incidents by telephone and remotely. Manage, follow up on, and close support tickets. Help users in the use of applications and IT tools. Resolve basic software, access, and equipment configuration incidents. Escalate complex incidents to the corresponding department. Train and accompany users in the use of applications. What are we looking for? Basic IT knowledge and customer service. Experience in telephone support or user assistance (valued). Driving license B and own vehicle. Communication, organization, and incident resolution skills. What do we offer? Contract of approximately 3 months. Full-time. Schedule from 8:30 to 16:30 h. Salary of €9.47/hour.
