What we're looking for

Excel: management of large volumes of data, advanced use of formulas, queries, pivot tables, and macros.
Power BI: creation, maintenance, and analysis of dashboards and monitoring indicators.
Outlook: professional management of mailboxes and corporate communication.
SharePoint: use of collaborative platforms and document management.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools: advanced level in the use of solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar, applied to process automation, information analysis, and optimization of administrative tasks.
Understanding of technical concepts in the energy sector (consumption, yields, equipment, etc.).
Ability to perform energy saving calculations.
Knowledge of the regulations and the CAE system.

Previous experience in CAE processing or in energy sector projects.

Would you like to be part of our growth? We are looking for a CAES SUPPORT V to join our NUCLEAR team.

What you'll do

We seek to incorporate a professional with a technical-administrative profile for the comprehensive management of CAE files. The selected person will play a key role in client coordination, documentary and administrative processing, the technical validation of files, as well as in quality assurance, process automation, and continuous improvement of operations through advanced digital tools.

Monitoring the capture and management of leads from a project portfolio.
Management of communications with clients through corporate mailboxes.
Collection, review, and monitoring of the documentation associated with each file.
Technical validation of the documentation submitted by clients and execution of energy saving calculations using the provided tools.
Access to digital platforms and official bodies for the management of procedures.
Data administration and preparation of monitoring and control reports.
Development and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Power BI.
Active participation in process automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Use of Artificial Intelligence tools for documentary analysis, content generation, optimization of administrative tasks, and improvement of team productivity.
